Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - B68TAE: Kitchen designated hand wash station serviced however additional parts required. At the time of inspection hot water not available. Correction ORDER issued. Followup inspection December 17, 2018. In the interim hand washing to be done at the utility sink. Liquid soap and single use paper towels provided.
