Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine sanitizer buckets in the front servicing areas measured at 0ppm chlorine. Time date indicated prepared within 30 minutes since health inspector checked sanitizer strength. Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 0ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Prepare chlorine sanitizer buckets to measure between 100-200ppm chlorine near the front servicing area. Temporary use 3-compartment sink to manually washe kitchen equipment. Do not use low-temperature dishwasher to wash kitchen equipment until it has been serviced.

Observation: French Fry stand-up freezer measured at 4C air ambient temperature. Observed that error message displayed. Operator did not document French Fry stand-up freezer temperature at the time of inspection this afternoon. Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 0ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Service the French Fry stand-up freezer to hold an air ambient temperature of -18C or lower. Service the low-temperature dishwasher to measure between 50-200ppm chlorine. Corrected by: June 6, 2022.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
3-compartment sink available. QUATs spray sanitizer bottles and dispenser measured at 200ppm. Test strips available.
Undercounter coolers, milk dispenser compartment, ice cream compartment, and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Under counter freezer and walk-in freezer measured measured at -18C. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher. Burger condiments are time tracked. Temperature logs are well maintained.
No signs of pests observed.
Ice machine in sanitary condition. Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.

NOTE: Send updated floorplan prior to removing any kitchen equipment for health approval. Send updated Sanitation Plan on cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen equipment using only 3-compartment sink method and verification that Head Office have been granted approval for the removal of the low-temperature dishwasher by VCH.

Overall, facility is well organized.
