Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Spray sanitizer bottles are registered at 400 ppm Quats. Sanitizer dispenser registered at 400 ppm.
Correction: Ensure Quats sanitizer is at concentratio reccomedned by manufactor. Use test strips to verify concetration daily. Using a sanitizer solution greater that 400 ppm will require potable water rinse of food contact surfaces. Date to be corrected by. Correct Immediately.

Follow-up to inspection report to #257193

Quats still dispensing at 400 ppm. Dilute solution so that it is 200 - 300 ppm as per manufacturer's recommendation.
Technician scheduled to come on-site within the week to adjust dispenser.
Ensure staff are trained on how to check sanitizer concentration and the required levels.
