209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)] Observation: Multiple food items are not covered in the walk-in cooler. Please review report # NTSD-BJ6TFG. Corrective Action(s): All food must be covered. Violation Score: 9 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: The hand washing sink/drain is plagued and full of dirty water in the staff washroom. Corrective Action(s): Immediately. The staff washroom must be closed until the drain is repaired. A sign has to be posted that the washroom "out off order". Staff must use the customer washrooms. The hand washing station must be in good working order to allow employees properly wash their hands. Violation Score: 9 311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)] Observation: A big hole on the wall under the wall-mounted shelf, which located near the heating tank. Please review report # NTSD-BJ6TFG. Missing several tiles on the wall near the low temperature dishwasher. Corrective Action(s): Has to be corrected by 03.27.2020. The hole on the wall must be sealed. Replace missing tiles. Violation Score: 5

General sanitation - satisfactory. All hand washing station are stocked with liquid soap and paper towel; hot & cold running water - available. Surface sanitizer/Bleach - available at 100 ppm. Walk-in cooler at 3.2 C. Glass doors cooler at 4.0 C. Small domestic under-counter cooler at 2.1 C. Food storage - satisfactory. Ice-machine - clean; a scoop is stored safely at the time of inspection. Beverage cooler/bar - satisfactory. Freezers at - 18.0 C. Fan hood - clean. Low temperature dishwasher at 100 ppm of chlorine solution. Note: Test strips for the dishwasher - available. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. Note: Service Copy/Invoice # 2181 has been presented at the time of inspection.
