Follow-up inspection conducted for report# JCHY-CPVQ5F
All handwash stations were noted equipped with liquid soap.
The front handwashing station has been replaced. Hot and cold running water was available.
Ice scoop no longer stored within the ice machine. Stored in a container.
Significant improvement noted on the cleanliness of the facility. Minor droppings noted in the dry storage room by the walk-in units. Please clean and sanitize.
Exhaust hood noted in a sanitary condition.
Operator was onsite at the time of inspection. Operator has a valid FOODSAFE level 1 certificate. As per operator, another staff who is usually onsite when he is not present has FOODSAFE certificate but unable to locate the certificate. Name provided for this individual to verify his certificate. Operator is reminded that during his absence, someone must have FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent certificate at all time.
