Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers (walk-in cooler, under the counter cooler, grill cooler, etc.) measured at 4C and less.
Walk-in freezer measured at -18C.
Hot held items measured at 60C and higher.
General sanitation is adequate.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.
General food storage practice is adequate (covered and labelled).
3 compartment sinks used for manual dishwashing. Equipped with drain plugs.
No sign of recent pest activity observed at this time. Routine pest control in place.
