Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. - Paper towel dispenser not being used since paper towel roll does not fit (too big). This is to be corrected. Dishwasher reached > or equal to 71 deg C at plate surface. Walk-in freezer at -10 deg C. Ensure equipment maintains -18 deg C when not in defrost cycle. Upright cooler and line cooler registered at 4 deg C or below. Hot holding for eggs, hash browns, meat patties above 65 deg C. Quat sanitizer at 200 ppm. Premises closed in 2020 due to COVID-19.
