Observation: General sanitation in kitchen is poor. Areas under grill and on the sides of grill, underneath dishwashing sink, underneath coolers and freezes & stainless steel prep table needs deep cleaning. The domestic stand-up refrigerator soiled on surfaces of externally and internally. Poor sanitation will attract pests.

Note: Ensure that food containers are not stored together with chemicals. Please move container of flour from under sink area to separate it from chemicals.
Note: Ensure that dispensing equipment's are not stored inside dry food containers. A bowl was found inside rice container. Please remove it and place in sanitary location.

-Chest freezer at -21.8°C.
-Double door stand up cooler at 4°C
-Freezer at front at -21.8°C
-Beer & soft drinks cooler at 4°C
-Sushi prep cooler at 3.9°C
-Dishwasher at 50 ppm chlorine
-Sanitizer bucket for back kitchen at 50 ppm . Must discard and re-make.
-Rice hot held >60°C and Miso soup hot held at >60°C.
