Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Braise pork stored in separate container in the hot holding unit food internal temperature at 37 degree C. Staff stated that the pork was placed in the hot holding unit at 11 AM.
Corrective Action(s): Staff immediately move the pork to the cooler. Please ensure all hot holding unit temperature is maintained at 60 degree or above.

- Good staff hand hygiene observed at the time of inspection
- All coolers temperature tested 4 degree C or less
- Walk-in freezer temperature tested -29 degree C
- Food is stored in the good order, raw meat and vegetable are stored at the different shelves
- Ice machine is clean
- Chlorine sanitizer in the bucket tested >100 ppm
- High temperature dishwasher final rinse plate surface tested 73.4 degree C
- General sanitation is good, no sign of pest noted at the time of inspection
- Ventilation hood is clean
- Staff on-site has valid Foodsafe
- Health permit posted in the plain view to public
