- Freezers measured -18C or colder
- Sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine
- Handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- Rodent droppings significantly reduced since last inspection
- Pest control in monthly, no new droppings found as of last visit (last week); please email most recent pest control report to the undersigned
- Continue to clean droppings as they are found with a 1:10 bleach solution, and eliminate all harbourage, food and water for pests

* Please monitor for ants as there were few were found in the back area during the inspection.
