-Follow-up inspection to October 20, 2017. -Cooler unit has been serviced and was at 4C. Cooler unit had a hole in the gas line, allowing gas to escape. -Dishwasher had been serviced and is no longer leaking water. -Cleaning has been carried out in the back storage/prep area. -Single use paper towels have been placed in the back prep area and cloth towels are no longer being used for wiping hands. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
