Dish washer reaches 71C at the dish surface - good Garbage area is clean. Bins are with lids. All coolers are at or below 4C Walk in freezer is @ -28C Operator is foodsafe trained. Staff washing hands observed during inspection. Pest management plan is in place. No concerns noted in this inspection.
