3 compartment sink setup for manual warewashing. Test strips available for use.
200ppm quats available for use in labeled spray bottle and containers. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use.
Walk in cooler at 1-2 degrees C.

Cut tomatoes, onions, lettuce, sliced cheese and cooked bacon time stamped as per corporate product holding system.
