Observation: Food debris and mouse droppings observed on the floor behind the dough mixer and around the legs of the adjacent counter to the right of the dough mixer.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.
Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine) after cleaning.

Clean dishware and food utensils stored in a sanitary manner on clean storage shelving and storage drawers.
Premise has undergone a deep cleaning by a 3rd party cleaning service, premise sanitation has been improved.
Dry storage room has been pest proofed around baseboards that had been previously damaged.

Ensure thorough cleaning is conducted on a daily basis to maintain premise sanitation and discourage pest activity.

New pest control service company is currently being arranged to provide future integrated pest management.
