Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Both kitchen upright coolers were both at 4C.
-Upright cooler in the customer area was at 4C.
-Chest freezers (1 in the tea area and 3 in the customers area) ranged from -15C to -22C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Cooked foods made the previous night were rapidly cooled and were at 4C in the walk-in cooler.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 76C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle and pail were at 200ppm.
-Ice machine was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until July 7, 2025.
