Chicken is defrosted in cooler. Shrimp defrosted in cold water.
Hand washing station has liquid soap and paper towels.
Labelled spray bottle has a 200ppm chlorine concentration for sanitizing work surfaces - good.
Dishwasher has a final sanitizing rinse - 71 C measured inside of the machine and 82 C/ 180 F measured on the final rinse gauge - good.
