Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on April 13, 2018 (RPT#: JMAA-AXT4JM).

- Manager on duty has FoodSafe 1 (Nov 2017), the two employees on-site will have FoodSafe 1 completed by April 25 and April 28. FoodSafe 1 trained manager or at least one employee on-site must have FoodSafe 1 at all times during operation
- Quaternary ammonium compound sanitizer (quats) tested at 200 ppm
- Please note that although the next routine inspection will occur 6 months from now, spot checks may occur to determine compliance with food safety training requirements
