Health permit with valid decal posted in plain view. Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels. - One hand sink in the back is clogged. Maintenance has already been notified and it has been looked at. Part required. One other hand sink is operational in the back area. Sanitizer (quats) measured at 200 ppm. Temperature checks: Walk-in cooler reading below 4 deg C. Walk-in freezer was at -21 deg C. Hot holding for eggs, chicken, strips, rice, etc was above 60 deg C. Prep line coolers were between 3-4 deg C. Milk/creamer dispenser at 4.1 deg C. Temperature log (digital format in tablet) was available and up to date. Pest control in place (monthly check) - ensure to inform your pest control tech regarding ants found in the back and also positioning of the sticky roll fly trap . Washroom provided with sanitary supplies and in sanitary condition at time of visit. Managers/assistant managers have Food Safe 1 training (checked for validity). Staff wearing visor and hairnet and clean uniforms; observed hand hygiene practices. General sanitation of premises was satisfactory during the visit. NOTE: COVID check still in place ( i.e. body temp check for employees/visitors coming inside the kitchen)
