Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] (Handwashing station for staff washroom is leaking and not in use (as reported by Operator). Cleaning sink adjacent to handsink is currently being used for handwashing prior to re-entering the kitchen.)

Handwash sink across from washroom has been repaired.
Operator has increased temperature of hot holding unit to 170F . Temperature of pies was: 60C
Operator is recording time pies are put in the warming oven and monitoring temperatures.
*Remove carpeted rugs from the kitchen area as it is not a cleanable surface. Washable mats are acceptable in a food prep area. Floor tiles that are chipping still require repair/replacement to ensure floor is maintained in good condition, impervious and easily cleanable.
