Observation: A) Noted two lights in food preparation area missing a cover.
B) Plastic cups were stored in ice intended for public consumption.
Corrective Action(s): A) Replace light cover or obtain sleeves for lights to prevent potential contamination of food in case lights break.
B) Do not store cups or any other items in ice intended for public consumption.

Observation: Duct tape on chest freezer used to store ice-cream and ice.
Corrective Action(s): Remove duct tape from equipment. All equipment are to be smooth, durable and washable.

Hand wash stations were fully equipped with hot/cold running water, soap and paper towel.
All coolers 4C or less (sliding 2 door cooler, upright one door cooler, prep cooler...etc)
Freezers both less than -18C
All hot holding higher than 60C (potatoes, soup, rice, noodles...etc)
Probe thermometer available on site to check internal temperature of foods. Ensure probe is sanitized between uses.
Good general sanitation.
No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection. Back door was closed at time of inspection.
Meat slicer appeared clean at time of inspection. Operator said meat slicer is cleaned and sanitized after each use.
Trays used to make ice then collected in a container and stored in freezer. Ensure scoop for ice is stored outside of ice in a separate container.
Chlorine sanitizer in container with cloths submerged 100ppm.
Low temperature dish washer had 50ppm chlorine. Test strips available.
