Follow up inspection:
-Cold potentially hazardous food was being stored inside refrigeration units at the time of inspection (just after the lunch rush).
-The previous under-the-counter cooler was replaced with a prep. cooler by the Operator. Previous cooler was removed from on-site and it was at the head office according to the Supervisor.
-Lower portion of the new prep. cooler was at 3.4 degrees C on the left side and 2.1 degrees C on the bottom right hand side. Food inside the top inserts was at or below 4 degrees C (near 2.2 degrees C).
-The prep. cooler was equipped with an accurate thermometer. Make sure refrigerators are maintained at or below 4 degrees C (40 degrees F).
-Dry storage area was in a clean condition and free of signs of recent pest activity.
-Handle of ice scoop was not stored inside the ice machine and was not being taped.
