General sanitation is satisfactory. Renew the grout between the sink and the counter. Seal the gap behind the counter of the handwashing sink. Temperature of the dishwasher is satisfactory. Temperature of the refrigeration units and hot holding unit is satisfactory. Receipts for sushi fish were available onsite.
