Note: Kitchen was not in use at the time of the inspection.
- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- All handwashing stations (front/back) supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
- Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Ensure to have sanitizer at 100ppm chlorine solution.
- Ensure to have surface sanitizer at 100ppm chlorine concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. All boxes and food items must be stored min 6inches (15cm) off the floor to facilitate cleaning. Ensure to cover ALL spices with tight fitting lids.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. The operator implements own pest control measures.

- Two sliding door upright coolers = 4C

- All refrigeration units supplied with working thermometers.
