Audited theatre rooms. Make sure pest control technician dates traps and provides advice for pest management processes. Theatre rooms with more popular showings need more attention or more thorough cleaning. End of day cleaning should remove ALL droppings so current pest activity can be monitored. General cleanliness in main concession pretty good. Dishwasher at good temperature. Sani-buckets good. 200 ppm measured. Make sure the ice machine is thoroughly cleaned and all built up slimes removed as discussed. Recommend addition of floor drain cleaning by dishwasher to scheduled cleaning. Make sure drain gets daily hot water and bleach addition to mitigate the fly population.
