Following were observed during the inspection:
- All the light covers have been replaced
- Food items are all covered with saran wrap
- In walk-in cooler, food stored off the ground and protected form contamination
- Liquid bunge shortening is removed and not available on premises
NOTE: Once you open the metal can, transfer the contents of the can immediately to food grade container to prevent contamination
