Note: Office area in the front has been removed and space has been added to the dining area. No more than 10 seats can be present in the front dining area before installation of a dishwasher is required. Lighting in food prep area has improved but is still not at the minimum of 540 lux that is required (highest reading was 380 lux). Repair/install additional lighting in this area to meet minimum lighting standard. **Light covers also required to cover bulbs so they are protected and glass will be contained in the event a bulb breaks* - due tomorrow by 4pm Chest freezer replacement also due by tomorrow at 4pm Corrections Noted: √ Seal around walk in cooler door has been replaced √ Lighting above the three compartment sink has improved to the minimum of 220 lux
