- All handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- All temperatures meet health requirements:
* Walk in cooler at 2C
* Walk in freezer at -15C
* Beverage display case at 4C
* Sandwich prep cooler at 3-4C
* Dairy undercounter cooler at 0C
* All hot holding units maintaining food temperatures of >60C
- Temperature logs kept and maintained (electronic system still being utilized)
- Ice machine and scoop maintained in sanitary condition
- QUAT sanitizer available throughout facility, QUAT concentration in buckets at 200ppm
- QUAT sanitizer concentration at 200ppm in 3 compartment sink
- Sanitizer test strips available for monitoring sanitizer concentrations
- High temperature dishwasher available, adequate sanitization temperature reached via hot water (77.6C)
- Good employee hygiene exhibited during time of inspection
- Fan covers in walk-in cooler maintained in sanitary condition
- No pests detected during time of inspection, pest control program in place
