Comments

New hot water tank purchased and installed by landlord along with minor electrical improvements. 40 gallon tank. GOOD! Lights installed in rear storage area and general lighting is much improved. Baseboard work not done correctly. Baseboards need to be smooth and tight along the wall. Continue to work on this, wall repair and painting (white) in storage area for next scheduled inspection early in 2018. OK.
