Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mildew noted on the piping, tray, and cover of the condenser unit inside the ice machine. Discard the ice product inside the machine and have it properly washed and sanitized. Ensure to frequently wash and sanitize the ice machine is thoroughly.

Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
All cooler units at 4C and equipped with thermometer.
Chest freezer at -18C and standup freezer unit was at -15C.
Hot holding of soup above 60C.
No pest activity noted.
Quats dispenser at 200ppm.
Food items properly covered.
High temperature dishwasher achieved a final rinse temperature of at least 71C at plate level.
2 compartment sink satisfactory.
Hand washing station satisfactory.
Ensure to keep accurate and up to date temperature record of all cooler units.
