Observation: Deli meats in the display cooler were measured between 6-8C.
Correction: Please remove the thick tiles as discussed and ensure food products can be maintained at 4C or colder, or relocate to working cooler.
Comments

Health Application received onsite.
Temporary Foodsafe certificate (owner's) was shown onsite.
Paper towel dispenser installed and operational in the washroom; pump soap provided as well.
Walk-in cooler has been serviced to 4C but there is no display thermometer and is not cleaned for service.
Display cooler is reading 4C and tiles have been replaced with perforated metal lining sheets.

Pending issues:
- Raw wood is still exposed in corner by prep table and by cashier.
- Baseboard is still missing.
- One floor tile missing in the back.
- Equipment not required for business is still stored in the back.
- Probe thermometer not available.
- Chlorine test strips not available.
- Please clean walk-in cooler before use as discussed.
- E-mail me a copy of owner and staff's Foodsafe certificates (due by Sept 30th, 2019).
- Submit Food Safety and Sanitation Plan to undersigned as per violation above
