Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Utensils up at til are washed and sanitized at the end of the day.
2. Spray bottle had well in excess of 200 ppm chlorine
Corrective Action(s): 1. Must ensure all equipment and food contact surfaces are washed and sanitized every 4 hours or after each use.
2. Spray bottle should contain 100 - 200 ppm chlorine. 1/2 tsp per litre.
