Observation:
The following foods were above 4C:
- foods in the two door sliding glass door cooler
- inserts on the table top by cookline
- vegetable cooler by cookline
- salad prep cooler
- tomato sauce by cookline
Correction:
While the operator has attempted to provide ice baths, this is not sufficient as a permanent solution to your coolers not working and/or not having enough space within the working coolers. Operator states that these malfunctioning coolers are only used during rush to help keep the temperature down, and foods are not stored in these units overnight. Regardless, this is not a permanent solution - repair or replace coolers by Wednesday August 16, 2023.

The foods listed above must be discarded two hours after being brought out of the working cooler (walk-in cooler); operator states that they were brought out at 5pm; these must be discarded at 7pm and a fresh batch taken out of the walk-in cooler.
