Met with owner and he explained the following changes:

- only take out service and reduce work hours

Routine inspection:
- one staff present with FS lev 1 training
- bleach used as approved sanitizer/ for contact surfaces/ premixed at 200ppm
- rice temperature need to be monitored ( 2 L of rice mixed with 250ml of vinegar )
discussed with owner: as per FS plan rice temperature should be kept outside the danger zone
- 3 compartment sink in use / only disposable/ single use units
- mop sink at the back

Daily temperature logs need to be available on site/ as part of your FS plan
