Comments

-Ensure that only small amounts of tempura are left out at room temperature. The rest should be refrigerated.

Operator is FoodSafe Level 1 certified, with an expiry date of November, 2023. Ensure that it is renewed prior to the expiry date.
Reviewed manual warewashing with the operator. Sink plugs and chlorine test strips available.
Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
No evidence of pests.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
