Observation: Built-up of grease and food debris observed underneath the fryer/cookline area and exhaust hood vents. Pictures taken. THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aformentioned areas. Increase frequency of cleaning of exhaust hood vent to every 3 days. Conduct thorough deep clean underneath the fryer/cookline area. Corrected by: January 24, 2023.

Follow-up Inspection Conducted Today for report#JCHY-CMQTHG.
The following violations in report#JCHY-CMQTHG have been corrected:
-All handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. All handwashing sinks are serviced and unobstructed to facilitate proper staff hand hygiene.
-Ice machine in sanitary condition. Operator informed that they will schedule monthly cleaning to prevent meldew clean up.
-Ice build-up in walk-in freezer observed to be cleared.
-Observed frozen shrimp to be thawed under cold running water.

-Observed chopped vegetable to be stored at room temperature for lunch rush. Operator informed that it was placed outside 2.5 hours ago. Ensure all chopped vegetables are used up in 4 hours after which must be discarded. Place only small portion of chopped vegetables for lunch rush that can be used up within 4 hours time frame.
-Underneath the worktables and preparation cooler observed to be satisfactory.

Correction Order Issued.
