Corrective Action(s): Service / fix the sanitizer dispenser to ensure 200 ppm quats solution is dispensed.

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: 1. Two frying pans hanging on the wall with the pan area in direct contact with the base board of the wall.
2. Mildew obsesved on the platic plate inside the ice machine.
Correction: 1. Clean and sanitize the aforementioned frying pan. Do not store any food equipment or utensils close to the base board as these areas are easily contaminated. Corrected during inspection.
2. Clean and sanitize the interior of the ice machine. Discard the current batch of ice and the first batch after sanitizing. Develop a sanitation plan for the ice machine. Correct by: Immediately.

- Ice machine maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Accurate thermometer obtained for the preparation cooler.
- Contact the Environmental Health Officer once the sanitizer dispenser is serviced.
