Routine inspection conducted by appointment.
The hall is rented out for both private and public special event functions. The Sullivan Association (owner) does not cook/prepare food from this kitchen for the public.
If the kitchen is rented to a facilitator that is providing/making food for the public, they will need to fill out a temporary premises application form for Fraser Health and obtain a temporary permit.

Kitchen not in use at time of inspection.

Temperatures:
-upright fridge/freezer (kitchen): 2°C, -20°C
-upright fridge/freezer (bar): 1°C, -19°C
-no foods stored inside either unit
-thermometer observed in each compartment of both fridge/freezer units

Sanitation:
-3 compartment sink available on site
-handwash station (3 compartment sink) equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
-bleach sanitizer in spray bottles measured 200ppm in kitchen, 100ppm for hard surface sanitation
-spray bottle labelled with name and proper mix ratio for bleach solution

General:
-overall sanitation satisfactory
-no signs of pest activity at time of inspection
