Routine Inspection conducted today. Storage area for food bank, main kitchen, and designated storage area for vendors. All food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Walk-in coolers, stand-up coolers, refrigerated shipment container measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezers, stand-up freezers, freezer shipment containers measured at -18C or lower. Banquet dry storage for banquet equipment in sanitary condition. No signs of pests observed. Overall, facility is well organized.
