Closure Order rescinded. Cleaning has taken place. Flour is now stored in sealed containers. The dishwasher reached 71 C at the plate level. -Ensure that an updated menu is submitted within one week, as discussed. -Submit an updated Sanitation Plan specific to the restaurant within one week. It must be signed off on daily. -Storage space has improved. -Seating has been reduced to 12 seats. Note: These conditions will remain in effect until there are 3 consecutive routine inspections that are low hazard and the conditions are lifted in writing.
