Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Temperature of the Milk to Go in the refrigerated display case was 46F ( checked the milk inside with probe thermometer).
Corrective Action(s): Must be 40F/4C or below to be safe. This is a chronic violation recorded during previous inspections Jun 13, 20, 2017. Repeated violation will result in enforcement actions being taken incluing health violation ticketing.

Comments

Service the quats dispenser to ensure there is adequate concentration of sanitizer. Currently appears to be less than 200ppm (should be 200ppm).
Service the paper towel dispenser at the wash down sink. It is not working. Wipe down the unit and the wall next to it.
Milk to Go was moved to the walk in fridge.
