Observation: Two of the three hand washing stations in the front area have no soap. These two hand washing stations are usually supplied with individual bottles of liquid soap. The third hand washing station has a wall mounted soap dispenser. Operator states that they have no more bottles of liquid soap, but more are coming on Sunday.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use the two hand washing stations without liquid soap until they are resupplied. Use the hand washing station with the wall mounted soap dispenser or the one in the back area for all hand washing. Operator states that soap can be obtained from other stores on the following day.
