Observation: There was a large amount of grease buildup underneath the grill and fryers. Grease was also present on top of the ventilation unit for the fries.

Comments

-Time tracking was not being done properly. Food Safety Plan not in use. If proper time tracking cannot be done, all potentially hazardous food must be kept refrigerated.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm from the dispenser.
No evidence of pests. Pest control reports on site.
