Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Temperature of green display cooler is currently at 12 degrees Celsius.
Corrective Action(s): Employee instructed to transfer all perishable food items to an alternate cooler. This unit must not be used to store any perishable (potentially hazardous) foods until it has been serviced/repaired, and maintains a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius or less..

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hot-hold unit used to hold chicken and rice is currently maintaining a temperature of approximately 48 degrees Celsius.
Corrective Action(s): Hot-holding units must hold foods at a minimum temperature of 60 degrees Celsius. Thermostat knob was adjusted at time of inspection. Ensure foods are always held at 60 degrees C or higher temp.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer solution available at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Employee prepared a bleach/water sanitizing solution at time of inspection. Ensure that the sanitizing solution is always available during operating hours, and used with the wiping cloths when cleaning/sanitizing surfaces.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: Soap and paper towels are not available at the hand-washing station. Employee indicates that she washes hands at the 3-compartment sink, however, the soap and paper towels were being stored in different locations and were not easily accessible from the hand-washing area.
Corrective Action(s): Soap and paper towels were placed in reach of the hand-washing sink at time of inspection. Ensure that this hand-washing sink is always stocked with soap, paper towels, and hot/cold water for hand-washing.
