Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer solution available for use at time of inspection (several wiping cloths observed on countertops in the kitchen)
Corrective Action(s): Wiping cloths must be used with the sanitizer solution (bleach/water) throughout the day to destroy pathogens that may accumulate on food preparation surfaces. Staff instructed to mix 1 capful of bleach per gallon of water to obtain a suitable concentration for use on food preparation surfaces such as cutting boards and meat slicer.
