Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # CTIN-AWMRRN of Mar-07-2018 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: 1) Meat slicer used to cut cheese has some white debris on the unit still. 2) Mildew identified on curtains inside ice machine. Correction: Please thoroughly clean and sanitize the meat slicer and ice machine as directed.

Prep cooler remains to be 2C. Droppings removed from affected areas. Frozen meats have been transferred to clear food grade bags, then bagged in grocery bags - no concerns.
