The following outstanding corrections from last routine inspection have been made:- - All food items in the walk-in cooler noted Covered with lid/fume wrapes to protect food from Contamination. - The following areas in the kitchen have been properly cleaned:- - floor in walkin cooler - floor under grill and entire cooking line - Back storage area next to walk-in cooler and staff washroom. NOTE: - Increase frequency of cleaning in areas mentioned above to prevent grease and food debri build-up.
