Generally the facility looks much better. Dish pit is an ongoing concern and must be given cleaning priority, especially behind and around chemical jugs. Rolling dollies ordered.. **Prep cooler condenser line leaking (onto metal trough at back of unit). Service call is in queue. Early next week. Fly population better.
