Comments

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water.
NOTE: Ensure the handwashing sink available in BBQ station is properly equipped before next use.
- 200ppm chlorine available in a bucket to hold wiping rags.
- Low temperature dishwasher achieved 50ppm chlorine at plate level after final rinse.
- Coolers operating at 4'C or below; Freezers operating at -18'C.
- Hot-holding operating above 60'C.
- Foods stored in pest proof containers.
- Professional pest control company contracted.
- Washroom sinks satisfactory.

General sanitation level satisfactory, but could be improved by cleaning hard to reach areas (near back entrance and boiler room, floors underneath/behind large equipment) on a more regular basis as discussed at this time. Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
