All coolers at 4C or below.
Walk-in freezer at -18C ro below.
QUAT sanitizer in red buckets, 3 comp sink measured at 200ppm. Manager stated that 2 hour timer is used for replacing the sanitizer solutions.
Hot held food items at 60C or above.
Observed 3 compartment manual dishwashing method in practice.
No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection.

Manager stated that renovation will take place soon for upgrade and to expand cooler/freezer capacity. No plans have been submitted from the City of Burnaby yet. Ensure to not start renovation unless permit has been issued.
