Observed Violations
PHYSICAL FACILITY, EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS: 11020 - CCLR s.13(2) - A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.
Observation: I observed that a black color couch was worn on the sitting area. Duct tape was used to repair the torn areas. The staff and manager stated that the dishwasher was no longer working. Staff currently washed and sanitized the dishes manually. It appeared that the couch was no in good condition and the dishwasher was not in function.

Corrective Action(s): Please ensure that all the furniture and equipment are in good repair and condition.
